Transgender woman not allowed to enter Busch Gardens theme park

You must be this confused to work here. A transgender woman hoping to attend Busch Gardens' "Howl-o-Scream" event Saturday was told she couldn't enter the Williamsburg, Va. theme park because a security guard supposedly felt her skirt constituted a costume.
