A lady needs a variety of purses. Here is a nice infographic that lists the different types of purses. I just "goodwilled" some old purses and I am looking to purchase some new ones.

October 26, 2017 - Finding that right Perfume
I need to update my perfume. I have worn Elizabeth Taylor's Passion for ever. Probably at least 2 decades. Its time for me to find that "perfect" perfume for Susan at 60+ with an "estrogen body".
Below is a short video on how to find that perfume. I personally like water. I want to retire around water and my vacations include water (beach, pool or lake). So I am going to shop for a new perfume this month.

Monday October 16, 2017 - Finally a cool fall light rainy day.
This morning is a cool rainy day that will allow me to wear some fall clothes.

Sunday October 15, 2017- Buying a female winter coat
Finally, some cool weather. Here is a good video (a little long) about buying a winter coat. I have a couple of coats in my closet. But I am planning on adding another coat to my wardrobe this winter.

Saturday September 30, 2017 - Friday was a busy day.
My phone broke yesterday morning and it messed my whole day up. It did not physical brake. It just died because I maxed out the memory, so it was dropping calls and running too slow. I had been working with it for months, but my tricks no longer worked.
I had to buy a new phone, but I hate paying more for my phone than my computer. By the time I found the phone I wanted, transferred all my contact and set the new phone up, I was way behind in my work. So I missed publishing my post yesterday.
I went shopping Thursday for bras, panties and stretch T-shirts. I did find two colorful regular bras at the thrift store, but both had wrinkled cups. I suspect those wrinkles were from washing and drying the bra incorrectly. (SEE: How to properly care for your bra).
I went to two Goodwill Stores and found 1 nice T-shirt. I like buying Extra Small or Petite Small. These tops have already been stretched from previous use and the smaller tops still have enough compression for me. I saw many Small to Large sizes, but like bras, I need to take my time and find the right one.
I am just adding to my collection, so I can be patient.
Finally, I could not figure out my next move on panties. I use to like to buy the same style in multiple colors. The last change I made was before the 2008 economic collapse. I bought Victoria Secret's Emma style. I am not going to pay that much money again. So I am going to need more time to hunt for a new style at a store like Kolhs.
Today, I am going to put in a full day at the office. I am behind in my schedule. So I will hunt for a new panty collection later.

Thursday September 28, 2017 - Going Shopping
I have a busy day. But I am going to take out some time to go shopping. I need to upgrade four areas in my wardrobe:
- Some new sports bras. My current ones are looking old and tattered. Some of them are stretched and no longer hold me in like they us to. The newer one will provide more support.
- Always looking for cute 36D bras
- Need a few more tight stretch T-Shirts made by Nike or other sports apparel firms. They help me when presenting as a male.
- New panties. My current one are getting old and tattered. I like buying the same type but in different colors that match my bras (both regular and sports).
I will let you know what I find. Next Thursday is my quarterly Dr. appointment.

Posted by Nora on Scoring cute shoes under $50 is no easy feat, especially when you wear a hard-to-find size. Sam Riedel broached this issue in a recent piece for Autostraddle , noting that Payless is "the only store to ever sell women's size 11 shoes at a price point low-income trans chicks can afford."

Saturday September 23, 2017 - Back to the gym
I can still get into my size 8/10 clothes, but they are tight is some ares due to either HRT growth or too many net calories.
I suspect I will lose some breast size (boo), but would like my measurements to be in the mid to low 30' with my breast line at 40"+.
Today is a test to see how out-of-shape I am. I will not overdue it. Below is a picture of me on September 25, 2016 and today (September 23, 2017). It's the same outfit.

Friday September 22, 2017 - Bra shopping
Yesterday was a very busy day for me. But I took some time to shop for some additional bras. I only have two 36D bras and I need some more.
I found and bought 2 bras yesterday, while in boy mode. The mode I am in, no longer bothers me when shopping for male or female clothes. Who cares, I will not see these people again. Also people are so busy on their technology to worry about what I am buying.
Only when in girl mode and buying something pretty, will another woman take notice and compliment me. The clerk just wants to sell items. If they make a comment about a "guy" buying a feminine item, I just ignore the comment and pay.
For example, the clerk might say, ".... is this for your wife, I think she will like it." My response is ".... How much is this item again?"
I like this bra because of the color and the pretty butterfly print. The cups have a lower cut which exposes more breasts and would work well with a top/dress that has a lower neckline. This bra cost $3.49 at the thrift store.
This is a pretty feminine bra with the pink bows at the base of the strap. I like the black and pink flower print. The cups provide more coverage. I will wear this under tops/dresses with a higher neckline. This bra cost $4.49 at the same thrift store.
I found a few solid color bras in my size, but I like colorful, pretty and feminine bras. I know I will need a white and black solid color bra, but they need to have lace on them. I have not found one of those yet.

Monday September 18, 2017 - Male Fail
This morning I had an important business meeting. So I was I boy mode. Waiting in the lobby, one of my associates commented on how I must be working out because my "upper body" looked more defined.
This was an interesting comment because I saw this same person Saturday, during a property inspection. On Saturday, I wore my sports bra and tight T-shirt, under a shirt and sweater. Today, I did not have a clean tight T-shirt to wear.
So, I must be reaching a point where a sports bra alone does not work while in boy mode. I must always wear a tight T-shirt, to keep be from failing as a male while in boy mode.

Friday September 8, 2017 - Cooler weather
The weather is getting cooler. So I put on my green sweater top for the day. I was surprised at the difference of how it looks and fits.
It still fits but the look is more feminine. During my femboy days in 2015, I use to wear this top out during the fall and early spring.
Below is a before picture (3 months before HRT) and a now picture (15 months after HRT).

I am very happy and satisfied with my results. However, I can tell that new wardrobes will be needed.

Thursday September 7, 2017 - Presenting female today.
Today, I felt like presenting female. I was feeling pretty today, so I dressed in a cute grey leopard top with grey skinny jeans and a grey/black pair of ballerina style shoes.
My nail glue was dried out, so I could not put on any earrings. Then I went back into my old jewelry and added a pair of greyish blue clip-ons.

Tuesday September 5, 2017 - Bra cup sizes
Yesterday, I decided to go bra shopping at a few local thrift stores. I was not successful because of limited supply. Girl, there were so many shoppers in the stores this weekend.
Meanwhile, this may seem obvious but I continued playing around with my bras. Last week, I learned about using the bra straps.
Yesterday, I noticed the important of the width of the bra cup and not just the depth of the cup. I always thought that as the cup size increased, the cup's depth got bigger to handle the increased breast size.
But I noticed that the cup width is important to me for a good fit. I think it depends on each person, whether, the depth is more than the width. Even though the bra band remains the same.
I have significantly increased my bra cup size over the past 15 months.
So I went back and put on a few 36C bras and noticed that the smaller width of the cups created an opening gap between the bra band and my skin at the edges of the cups. The smaller cups can not cover me and causes the bar band to fits off my skin.
Its hard for me to find 36D cup bras at the thrift store. But I need to find bras that have a wider cup or a cup that provides more coverage on the outer edge. This will keep the bra band down against my body. Below is one of my two 36D bras. The cups are much wider and provides me both coverage and much better support.
I am wondering if I can find a 36C bra that have a wider cup and use the bra straps to keep from overflowing the top (muffin top). I am going to shop and see if I can find a few to try on.

Wednesday August 30, 2017 - Adjusting my Bra straps
We older girls, never had those girl events in which we learned those little things about female clothes. I always buy my bras and just wear them. When I was filling them with socks, bird seed (Thanks Stana), paper, etc, I never thought about adjusting the bra straps.
Yesterday, I decided to play around with my bra and adjust the bra straps to see the impact. The impact was noticeable. I realized I can use the straps to change the look of my breasts when wearing certain clothes.
Here is the look when I loosen the straps to its largest length. I ended up with my bra cup opening up and creating additional space. This would allow more room for growth. The look in my orange top changed. The fullness was there but the cleavage is minimized.
Next I decided the tighten the straps and thus shorten the length of the straps. Notice the space within the bra disappears and it lifts my breasts. Now notice my cleavage in the same orange top. Its full and it makes my breasts look bigger and fuller.
I now realize that I can use the straps of my bras, to change my look and adjust it for the dress and/or top I want to wear.

Sunday August 13, 2017 - End Male Fail
Saturday was a very busy day for me. I had a presentation in the morning and hung out with my
Grandkids in the afternoon and evening. We went to the movies, shopping, dinner and visiting my brother. I now understand why people retire and say they want to spend more time with their grandkids.
Friday a bought this new stretch T-shirt. I was a woman's size small and I put it in over my sports bra.
It fits very tight and does a good job of flatting my chest, when in boy mode. I found it at Goodwill and plan on going to hunt for more.

Thursday August 10, 2017 - Start of 15th Month on HRT
I can not believe its been 15 months. I am very busy today meeting a deadline. So I am going to have to write my measurement post later.
I am wearing the same outfit I wore to my first HRT Doctor's appointment.
Here are a couple of pictures from that June 10, 2016 appointment.

Tuesday August 8, 2017 - Bra donation
Yesterday, I donated my 36B bras. I only had 4 of them, but I really liked them.
It's funny that I remember why and when I bought each of them.
These bras were my favorite because unlike my 36 and 36A bras, these bras had a cup size that made me feel very feminine.
I will miss them because I have not found a set of 36D bras that were this nice, colorful and feminine. I only have 2 - 36D bras. I did find a nice one at the thrift store where I donated the ones above. The problem was the price at $5.50. I am going to wait until 1/2 price day. (lol)
It's funny that I remember why and when I bought each of them.
- The yellow poke-a-dot was a bright a vibrant color.
- The bra with the purple flowers was so feminine.
- The blue lace bra was my favorite
- The white poke-a-dot was my first 36B
