Tuesday August 16, 2016 Still small changes

I spent yesterday and I will spend today taking an all day on-line continuing education course. Hopefully, I can get out and shop Wednesday or Thursday.

Over the last few days, I have noticed felt more secure in a full bra than my normal sports bra. I am definitively going to buy some more bras this week. I will still use my sports bra while in the gym.

I now wake up most mornings with my nipples hard and protruding. I think they are growing outward, but very slowly. The base is wide and full.

It's hard for me to explain but I am aware of them more and more. They are balancing out and moving more. I think that is why the sports bra is becoming less secure than a regular bra.

Its been three weeks since my last electrology session and my face is still clear. I may not need another session. I am due to go back next week. I may go visit my tech later this week and get her opinion. I could shave and then wait another couple of weeks to see what grows.

Also, I my body hair growth has slowed. I will complete a body shave this week, but its not much. I just love the 100% smooth look and feel.

I am in need for both new male and female clothes as my body continues to slowly change.

Mentally, its harder for me to concentrate and stay on task. I do not know if its HRT or old age. It maybe both.


But I can tell my days of crossdressing as a boy are coming to an end.

Monday August 1, 2016 - Feeling pretty good

I took a selfie Sunday. I like the way I am looking in my skinny jeans and female polo shirt.

My hips and shoulder are lining up. I am seeing a very slight curve down the sides of my torso from my armpits to my hips.

My breasts are pressing against the top as they protrude forward.

I forgot to mention in yesterday's post that my skin is getting so soft. I completed a full body shave last week and the hair has not grown back yet.

The same with my face. I had my electrology session, last Wednesday and as of Sunday, I do not see any new whiskers.

So I am feeling pretty good and like the way my HRT is going.

Wednesday July 27, 2016 - Monthly Electrology session

Today is my monthly one hour electrology session. This is the first session after a prolong period of HRT. Last month, I had just started and I felt a little more sensitivity. I am worried this time that the application may hurt more. My face is changing and its is smoother.

I wanted this to be over by now. I spent 2 years going to E3000 in Dallas and now 18 months locally in Atlanta.

Now, I am clearing my face within 1 hour, once a month. Eighteen moths ago, it took 1 hour to clear my face weekly. So its slow going but moving in the right direction.

Wish me luck. I think I am going to need it.

Thursday June 23, 2016 - Yesterday's electrology session

This was my first session in 30 days. It took about 75 minutes to clear my face. My tech and I agreed that 30 days will be the new time between sessions.

I had hoped to be finished when I stated HRT. I could probably live with this much facial hair because it takes about four days before any regrowth. However, I will keep the monthly sessions for now. The reason is my HRT meds are not that expense ($50 per month) which less than an hourly session. So its within my budget to continue.

This session seemed to hurt more than the others. Its my first post-HRT session. I could slightly feel the needle going in my hair follicle and the pain was a little more intense. If my sensitivity continues to increase, I may stop due to the increased pain.

I do not think I can eliminate 100% of my facial hair. However, if I can get my monthly sessions down to under 45 minutes, that should complete my sessions. I started with my local tech in December 2014 and it took an hour every week. After 6 months, it was 1 hour every two weeks. Now a year later its 1 hour every 1 month.

Once its less than 1 hour every month, I can make an appointment if I notice too may hairs growing back. As I will need to probably shave once a week, just to keep those few hairs down. But I  lost my beard shadow a little over a year ago.

Wednesday May 25, 2016 - Electrology Session

Tuesday, I had an electrology session. My beard is so thin and I love it. It was been 18 days since my last session. This session lasted just just under an hour with fewer tears

My plan was to have my beard removed by the time I start HRT. I am soooo close. I have my next session planned for June 8th to be followed by my last scheduled session on June 22. With my HRT starting on June 11th, I decide to have a session before I start and one after I begin. I doubt it, due to the short time period, whether being on HRT impacts the pain.

I always thought that HRT would heighten my nerves that thru increase the pain during my session. So I want see if there is a pain difference before and after HRT.

After June 22, 2016, I will schedule an appointment if I feel my facial hair growth is too much.

Its been two years with e3000 in Dallas and 18 months with Southside Electrology. Both did a great job on my face and I will be forever grateful.

Thursday May 19, 2016 - My favorite sweater dress

Today was an electrology day. But I had to go out of town. So, I rescheduled for next Tuesday. My face looks great. It's been 12 days since my late session and I have every few facial hairs left. I could probably live with the few whiskers left. But I plan on two or three more sessions, then I am finished.

Tuesday, I worked from home and wore one of my favorite sweater dresses I love this dress. I wore it with some black leggings. I added my black flats.

This dress has the horizontal lines around the hips. This helps balance out my figure by widening my hips while the black color makes my waist look narrower.

I also like the print around my shoulders. The sleeves are short which show my two color arms. Notice my arms from the shoulder down toward the elbow is lighter than from the elbow to fingers.

Tuesday May 17, 2016 - Worked from Home dressed

Last week I was so busy working and getting ready for the graduation weekend. So today I wanted to express my femininity by dressing. Even though I am at home today, I needed to dress.

It was cool today so I wore my grey sweater top with tight black jeans and my grey flats. I added a recently purchased scarf to keep my neck warm.

I noticed that its been 11 days since my last electrology session. I see very few whiskers on my face. I have an appointment this Friday, but I am finished. I think I can live with what little face hair I have. Maybe, I need to have a session, once a month. I will go in this Friday but this will be my last session for a while.

I am afraid that once I start HRT, the electrology sessions may hurt more as the estrogen might heighten might sensitivity.

I have decided to work on my makeup and clothing style, leading up June 11th and HRT. I will add voice and mannerisms later in the summer.

Friday May 6, 2016 - Electrology Session

Today was another electrology session. With my poison ivy gone, I was able to get a good face clearing. There is not hair much left and I am ready for the pain to go away.

Thursday, I bought a new makeup bag at CVS. I needed one to organize my items for my bathroom and to be able to carry them with while I travel.

I wanted a brighter color but I was able to get this bag at a good price.

It has three sections, so I broke my makeup into three sections:
1) Foundation, blush, contour and highlighter
2) Lipstick, gloss and lip liner
3) Eyelash, eyebrow and eyelid makeup

I think this bag will work well. Time will tell.

Friday April 22, 2016 - Electrology Session

Today I have an electrology  session. It's been two weeks since my last session and I see very little hair on my face. I have mostly white whiskers on my mustache area, across my chin and under my neck to my Adams Apple. I can barely feel my facial hair but I can see the sparse hair in the mirror.

I am reaching the end of my sessions. It started in January 2013 at e3000 in Dallas Texas. It took 14 hours to clear my face that first visit over two days.

Today it will take less than 1 hour. I could probably stop now and shave once every few days. But I am going to go until June 2016. My plan all along was to hopefully finish my face by the start of HRT. With HRT starting in June 11, 2016, I have only 3 more seasons after today.

After my session, I have to travel out of town for an overnight trip with a few associates, so I have to go in boy mode. I have been in boy mode during the last few sessions. I hope I can go in Femboy mode for the last three sessions.

Friday April 8, 2016 - Electrology Day

Today I have an electrology appointment. Its been three weeks and I see only a few dark hairs. My facial hair is mostly around my lips, chin and down my next. There is none on my cheeks and side burn area.

The hair that remains is mostly thin white hair that is scattered around the lips, chin and neck area.

I am so busy today, that I can not go in femboy mode because of meeting later today. I am going to try and spend tomorrow as Susan. My face will be clear and makeup will be possible.

My gender dysphoria is really bad right now, so I can use a normal female presentation. .

Friday March 18, 2016 - Electrology Session

Today was my bi-weekly electrology session. The end is finally near. After two weeks, there was not much hair. I had the tech include my ears and eyebrows to reach 1 hour. It is now taking less than 1 hour to clear two weeks of beard growth.

The remaining growth is mostly sporadic white/grey hairs. There are very few black hairs left. This is the start of year four and I think it should be over by May.

I usually make this a Femboy day, but I had to go to court to testify for a client. The Femboy mode would not work. BTW, we won the case.

I need to get out this weekend. Its going to be a beautiful and warm outside.

Friday March 4, 2016 - Electrology Session

This morning was my two week electrology session. For the second time, it took less than 1 hour to clean my whole face.My cheeks are clear and there is very little facial hair in my mustache area. Most of the remaining hair is under my chin and the neck area.

Usually, my electrology day is a femboy day. But I had a few meetings today and I needed to be in boy mode. I find that when I switch between modes during the day, my gender dysphoria kicks in. So if I can not stay in my femboy mode or as Susan most of the day, then I stay in boy mode.

Friday February 19, 2016 - Trip changes

My Ohio trip scheduled for this weekend has been reset until next weekend. I am kind of bummed out over the change. I was looking forward to the trip.

However, it does give me more time to shop for a coat and a nice sweater.

There is always a silver lining.

I had my electrology appoinment today. To my surprise, my face hair did not grow back. After two weeks, I only had 45 minutes worth of hair to remove.

My tech and I could not figure out what happened. She told me that you reach a point and there in no more regrowth.

If this is true, I will finish by HRT day in June.

I started at E3000 in January 2012. After three years at E3000 and over 110 hours plus 1 year locally (40+ hours), its finally coming to an end. Just in time for HRT.

Wednesday February 10, 2016 - Electrology session

Yesterday, I went back for my second hour of facial hair cleaning by my electrologist. I had been away from my electrologists since mid November. So being away about 10 weeks allowed too many hairs to grow back. So it took two hours instead of one hour to clear my face.

Your hair grows in cycles which overlap. When I was going to E3000, there were 6 weeks between sessions. They told me that once they cleared my face, it took 6 weeks for the next cycle to grow in. Also, if they missed any hairs or had hairs grow back from the current cycle, those hairs would be out and available for treatment.

During those 10 weeks, I missed having a clear face. I had not shaved in over a year. But since missing time, I needed to shave three times. It was a light group of hairs across my face. It was strange shaving my face again and only took a light once over the cut the few hairs that had grown out. I used my old shaving routine, to make sure I did not create any ingrown hairs.

This session covered the most painful area, which is the chin, around the mouth and the mustache. The mustache area closest to my nose always make me tear. This is when I miss the lidocaine shots from E3000.

Friday February 5, 2016 - Electrology

Wow, I had not been to my electrologist since November 10, 2015. It has almost been 10 weeks. I started with this local tech in December 2014 after finishing my major work with E3000 out of Dallas (they are the best).

During the first six months at this clinic, I was going one hour per week. By July, we moved to one hour every two weeks. Each session my face was 100% cleared.

However, after missing 10 weeks, she could not clear my face in one hour. My cheeks, neck and sideburn areas were cleared but my chin and mustache area will take another 45 minutes and I have to come back Tuesday.

I was disappointed because I am spending the day as a Femboy and having a clear face would be nice. Its not required but my whiskers around my mouth, chin and mustache areas are showing.

After my session, I added lipstick, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner and mascara. I headed out to run errands and shop. I am at Books A Million looking for some new books. I decided to take a few minutes and let you how things are going.

I have been shoe shopping, ate lunch, browsed GNC and now I am at the book store.

As usual, I am having a nice time with no negative issues. Everyone seems neutral or nice. Over the next couple of days, I will post my adventure.

I feel so comfortable and pretty today. It started out cold this morning, but now it is nice, sunny and warm

Friday February 5, 2016 - Femboy day

Today I am back in the electrology chair after about 8 weeks. I needed to take off  a few sessions in December and January because of my finances, the holiday and my mother's death.

I am back on schedule and hope to finish by this summer. I did not realize that if I do not get my face cleared every 2 weeks, then I need to shave these remaining whiskers about once a week. That is not bad considering I use to have to shave twice a day, especially if I was wearing makeup.

In boy mode, I use to shave daily. Now, once a week is ok. In Femboy mode, I do not shave because I am between sessions and I need to let my facial hair grow. As Susan, I do shave because I need to have a clear face before adding foundation.

After my electrology session, I am going to run some errands and shop all day. It's cold in Atlanta today. So that picture you see, is not what I will be wearing. The good think is that I will be able to wear my grey/white pea coat I bought in December 2014.

Will post my activities later today and tomorrow.

Tuesday January 5, 2016 - My makeup day

I went to traffic court yesterday. I had to be there at 7 am, darn! It took all morning and on the way home, I had car problems. So I spent the rest of the day dealing with my car. And adding to this, was cold weather. Yesterday was not a day for winter to arrive. I had to use mass transit and walk quite a bit.

So I did not get to play with my makeup yesterday, but I did get to CVS and bought a slightly lighter foundation shade.

I bought a darker eyebrow pencil a few weeks ago because with my current foundation causes my normal eyebrow pencil did not stand out. That was my first indication that maybe my foundation is too dark.

My daughter said it was fine and long as I blended at my neck line. But I want to experiment with my foundation, to find that "perfect" color. So I bought a lighter shade to try and maybe mix the two.

After I pick up my car, today, I am going to play around with my two foundation colors, to see which looks more nature.

Hopefully, today will work out and I will post pictures tomorrow.

I was so frustrated about yesterday, that I got back in the gym. I have only exercised twice in the last two weeks due to the holidays and family. It was a nice holiday season, but I missed my mom.

I ate way too much, but some of those cakes and pies only come once a year. So I am getting my eating portions back in place and I am back in the gym. I completed two hours on the elliptical. I can tell my clothes are getting tight. So I expect it will take one month to get back where I should be.

Even though I completed 120 minutes of cardio, I did not sweat as much. I did sweat but I was not soaked, which is what I like. I feel that if I am soaking wet after my workout, then I worked hard. I do not know if the lack of heavy sweat was due to the temperature in the gym (cooler due to being cold outside), not working hard enough and/or not drinking enough water.

Finally, I need to get back into my electrology schedule. I have not been to my electrologist since before Thanksgiving. December was too busy and my cash flow was tight.

I am going to set my next appointment this week for next week. I want to finish by June 2016. Hopefully that means only 12 more appointments. I wanted to be finished by December 2015, but my little grey hairs keep coming back. They are lighter and thinner but they are persistent. I may take a trip to Dallas and go to e3000 for day, to see what they can do.

Thursday November 12, 2015 - Running Errands

Yesterday I had my bi-weekly electrology session. Afterward I  ran some errands. I am now so comfortable out as a feminine male, I go anywhere without worrying about the store layout or the people there. Sometimes I feel more comfortable in Femboy mode than in boy mode.

The female clothes represent me and my inner feelings. When in boy mode, I always speak to the cashier or sales clerk. For example, I stopped at Subway to eat. There were men inside and outside the small shop, Its a hangout area for taxi cabs and limos working the airport. They usually stop for gas and food. I pulled up and parked my car.

I got out of my car, walked pass a few taxi drivers, went inside and waited in line. When it was my turn, I ordered my sandwich, telling the lady how to make my sandwich. I was at the checkout counter and the cashier used the Sir pronoun. Without pausing, I told her what was in my sandwich, paid and said thank you, have a nice day. The male pronoun is used sometimes because I am not really trying to pass. But even as Susan (trying to pass), if someone uses a male pronoun, I can now play it off and still act like a lady.

No long will I let one person or event ruin my day either on purpose or by accident.

Another example, I went to my local CVS to use my $5 beauty coupon. I could not find anything I wanted. But I did use a few other coupons and bought some baby oil, paper towels and candy. The clerk just returned my maturity leave. So I asked her how the baby was doing. She smiled and said fine. She wanted to show me some pictures as all new mothers do, but it was crowded. So she said, next time I come in the store, she will show me the pictures. I told her good and welcome back.

This is my regular CVS store and this clerk has seen me in both boy and Femboy mode. She treats me the same way all the time. As I left the store, a lady waiting by the entrance smiled and said hello. I smiled back and returned the salutation.

The rest of the day was non-eventful. I went to Goodwill and the local beauty shop.

I also went to the local Shoe Show to check out some winter boots. I found two pair that I like. As you can tell from the pictures below, I like fur and buckles on my thigh hi boots.

I love the white pair I found. But I worry about keeping them clean. The brown pair were nice but the looked and felt cheap. The material was thin some of the folds from shipping, did not fall out.




I like the white books but I do not have a white winter coat. I do have that black and white Pea Coat, but a white furry coat would look nice with those boots.

I will pass on the brown pair because of the quality. I like the style but will look for a better quality pair.

I am going to Orlando this weekend. I have decided to spend one day and a night out as Susan.

Saturday October 31, 2015 - Friday was electrology session and pedicure

Yesterday was a Femboy day. I had not been out in awhile because of traveling and days of business negotiations. As a matter of fact, I had to change my Tuesday's electrology appointment until Friday.

It was a little cool outside, So I wore my green knit sweater hoodie. This sweater has a deep V-neck collar. So I wore my orange lace spaghetti strap top. I loved the color contrast with the green sweater and the orange feminine lace top. I added my diamond heart necklace along with a large silver bracelet on one hand and a brown and gold bracelet on the other hand.

I wore my dark brown leggings along with my favorite fall color flats.

I got to the electrology clinic just in time. Today was the first time, my two weeks of growth was cleared in less than 1 hour.

The technician and I had a good talk. I finally felt like discussing my trans history with her. We are about the same age and remember growing up in the late 60's. Back then, we did not know what to call it, but some people were different. She talked about a cousin who she knew was different and unlike the other boys, but he has never come out as guy, but his work and social life indicate he is.

We talked about when I knew (about 8 years old) and how my parents dealt with it. This discussion made the session zoom by.

Afterward, I added my makeup and headed out the door. I do not wear makeup before my session because of the work around my mouth, which smears my lipstick and the tears from work under my nose, makes my mascara run.

So after I pay, I use the restroom to apply my makeup.

I apply:

1. Lipstick
2. blush
3. eyeliner and mascara
4. eyeshadow
5. eyebrow pencil

I am getting better and faster with my application. I still need to work on my eye shadow application with better quality makeup.

Once, I finish my hair removal, I am going to start adding light foundation with highlighting and contouring. One of the main reasons I went through years of electrology was to be able to wear makeup without beard cover and that heavy makeup look. At almost 60, my makeup needs to be light.

Afterward, I needed a pedicure really bad. I went to my usual nail shop. My regular tech was on vacation, so I asked the owner, who always greets me warmly, to pick another tech for me.  She chose an older lady who did a great job. She was a little slower but more precise.

I decided to go back to the french tip or white tip. I am old fashion and like that natural look. Light pastel colors are also nice, but I do not like the loud colors or multi-color look. The lady next to me had different colors on each toe and those colors was loud. That is not me.

I ran some errands the rest of the day. After my errands, I went home and changed into my gym clothes. I hit the gym for a quick 1 hour workout.

It is always a fun day when out and about.

Thursday October 15, 2015 - Interesting Day Out.

I woke up Wednesday morning in a down mood. I think I was tired. Monday, I took the Grandkids to the Georgia State Fair. This was the second year I took them  It's 2 hours south of Atlanta. I left at 9:00 am and got back home around 10 pm.

Then Tuesday I drove round trip to Thomasville, Ga which is 4 hours one way. After I got home Tuesday, I went to the gym.

So, I was worn out and showing my age. But I had my electrology session. So reluctantly, I dressed and went to my session.

I gave myself a lemon facial before I left.

My face looked great and my tech stated that only down the center of my neck and a few whiskers under my nose are left.

I hope to be finished by the end of January 2016. This means about 7 more sessions.

After I finished my session, I put on my makeup and decided to run some errands before I head back home.

On my way out of the door, I noticed the Postman headed to the building. I got there first while he was about 5 steps away. After I opened the door, He grabbed the door and held it open for me and said to me. "Thank you ma'am". I smiled and said thank you back.

It was good to hear Ma'am.

I wanted to check out the shoe store down the street, to see if there are any new styles.

I felt good, confident and cute. It was a little cool, so I worn a tight green sweater top and black skinny jeans with black flats. The black flats had buckles that matched the buckles along the hemline of the top. I added a silver bracelet on one arm and a blue and white set of bracelets on the other arm. I decided not to add a necklace.

The sweater top showed off a nice shape from all of that exercising. My look made the exercising and "dieting" worth it.

As I entered the shoe store, the clerk said hello and I smiled back and said hi.

I did not see any new shoes I was interested in. On my way out, the clerk stopped me. She said she found a red pair of the white shoes we talked about during my last visit.

During a wedding I attended this summer, I took a picture of a lady who was wearing a cute white pair of shoes that I found at this store. She wore a pretty white outfit with a lot of lace and a pair of skinny jeans.

I was surprised the clerk remembered me and our talk. So we spent the next 15 minutes talking about shoes and what we like and do not like. She walked me to a new pair of flats based on the white heels that the lady in the picture was wearing.

The shoe clerk stated that the female shoe sizes 12 to 14 go quick in her store. There are many Transwomen who come to this store and buy up the larger shoes by putting them on layaway. This guarantees them the shoes they want in the correct size. She told me of a Transwoman who bought some shoes for last weekend's Atlanta Pride.

The clerk recommended that if I needed to get a leg up on the size 12 shoes, I should come by on Thursday and put them on layaway.

I enjoyed talking with her and look forward to coming back on Thursday's.

Next I had to go to two banks (Bank of America and BBT). I needed to go to the banks to make a deposit into two of my associates' bank account.

I have been reading about keeping a balance PH level of 7.3 as a way to stay healthy. Some people think its a cure for cancer, while other websites state that this is false. I am not a scientist, but I had an older client who was diagnosed with cancer in 2000. He was a wealthy real estate investor. After his diagnosis, he spent 3 months traveling the world looking for alternative cures. He found one based on diet and healthy eating. He told me his tumor went away and he has been healthy since. He is now 83.

Second, my first student I hired in 1987 was from CT and when he graduated, he worked for me. In 1988, he was diagnosed with HIV from a blood transfusion when he was in younger. He changed his eating and started meditation. He is now in his late 40's, married with two children. He has no signs of the HIV nor his wife or children. His doctor calls it a miracle, but he told me back in the early 1990's when he started that its was based on maintaining the proper body or blood Ph level and reduce stress.

I am not sick and feel healthy but I want to start testing my urine to track my PH level.. So I went to three drug stores to find them (Walmart, CVS and Walgreens).
