Friday June 23, 2017 - MTF Workout for a better feminine body

I spend 18 months (2/10 to 8/11) getting into shape before HRT. Since Aug 2011, I have basically stayed in shape thru healthy eating and cardio. Since Nov 2016, I have not been in the gym but have kept the weight off.

I am going to start back, but I am not going to do just cardio. Now  that the T has been replaced with E, I am going to add stretching and weight training. Being in  Atlanta, I am going to try and see if I can find a training group of  Transwoman.

I have been watching youtube videos about Transwoman and getting a more feminine body. Below is the best one I have found so far.
