Wednesday April 6, 2016 - Tightlining

Tightlining is putting eyeliner on your waterline. The waterline is that area between your eyelash and your eyeball. I can do the bottom waterline but not the top one. I talked with my Ulta consultant and she stated that she also has a difficult time with the top waterline.

I am using this infographic and the video below to practice placing eyeliner on my top waterline.
