My last weight-in, for this past month was Tuesday morning March 31, 2015. My weight was 166.8 lbs. This is one pound lighter than the end of February 2015 and the exact weight on January 28, 2015.
Well, the 1 pound I gained in February, I lost in March.
I am trying to lost about 0.50 pounds per month for a total of 6 pounds in 2015. However, I am back where I was 2 months ago. Well, at least its not going up.
In March, my problem was the trip to Hilton Head last week. I ate that chocolate cake and it messed with my blood sugar levels. I lost control of my food consumption and my sweet tooth was out of control.
But I still ended up losing 1 pound which is OK.
I currently weight 166.8. I started on January 1, 2015 at 170.2 lbs. So I have lost 3.4 lbs in three months. This is better than my target weight which was set for a 168.7.lbs (3 months * 0.50 lbs = 1.5 lb lose). I lost 3.4 lbs instead. However, most of that loss was in January, once I stopped drinking diet soda.
During the month of March, my weight fluctuated between 164.4 lbs and 168.4 lbs. That is better than February when I was between 170 lbs and 164.6 lbs. I want to be within the 160 lbs to 165 lbs range.
When, I start HRT, I want to drop my weight into the 155 lbs to 160 lbs range. At that range, I will have very little excess fat. Under HRT, I will slowly allow an increase in my weight to the 170 lbs to 175 lbs, hoping it will create feminine curves and fat deposit in the right place.
